non..
tu défait les visses en dessou de ton seat
tu enleve les taques avec un tourne-vis plat
tu enleve le tissu ou le kevlar ou le cuir
tu enleve le foam
tu remet  le tissu ou le kevlar ou le cuir
tu remet les visses
les taques tu les jettes au poubelles...

mais té donc bin pas débrouillard... ça prend 2 secondes a faire. pis spa comme si tu démontais une pike 454 u-turn air to coil w/o the compression a l'huile rigide laaa

avant de remettre le tissus, tu met un mini foam ou genre de la watt que tu colle sur le plastic
c'est une bonne idée sa ?

-eil, spas que chui pas débrouillard, jia jamais essayé, jia vendu mon banc. pis jme dmandais coman vous vesiez.aulieu de macheter un autre banc ak des rails pis une nouvelle post

oui, mais colle le, parceque j'ai deja essayer de me faire un seat slim :
